I had great experience checking in, she struggled a little but was happy to help and offer assistance. Check out was a breeze. The breakfast was great, me and my sister had a great breakfast. Wished it lasted a little longer being the weekend and we wanted to sleep late.

No matter the time of day staff were helpful and courteous. My kids enjoyed the pool and said it was the perfect temperature. The breakfast hours were reasonable for early and late risers. We were traveling as a family to DC and this was a perfect location. We took the bus to the metro station, only five minutes away.

Free breakfast, free parking, even free laundry services. Most places want to add fees and charge you for everything. Not Springhill Suites. The rooms were also spacious and had that extra pull out couch plus the separate office area so the family could spread out.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had plenty of amenities. The beds were very comfortable and having shower supplies like shampoo, conditioner and body wash is an added bonus.Bathroom was well stocked

Breakfast was a nice selection, but the staff person who kept tossing dirty plates into the trash area basket was really annoying. I hope the dishes are non-breakable. The noice was bothersome. Other staff members would sometimes come out to clean up and talk loudly too.

The breakfast was very good on Sunday, our first morning at the hotel. There were several guests there that morning, however the staff member kept the food stocked so everyone had enough to eat. Front desk staff were helpful, supplied toothbrushes for my teens who left theirs at home.

Breakfast was delicious, nice options there. The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Room was set up nice, and comfortable. Shop in the lobby was convenient for last minute items for the room. Free parking was a plus! Super easy to get to and from where we needed to go, and some of the food places in the area are EXCELLENT.

Our stay was nice,very clean and comfortable, breakfast was good and most of all the staff were amazing, Ms Shirley and the new young lady didn’t catch customer service was outstanding and very welcoming my family and I will be back soon.
